A monolithic foundation is a foundation that is made using only one pour.The wire mesh and rebar is used to support the concrete. My designs for my monolitic slab are pictured below.
This is an L- Shaped kitchen one of the most common kitchen shapes. The kitchen below follows the work triangleThe work tiangle is the sink fridghe and oven and their combined distance is less then 22 feet it is a efficent work triangle. My kitchen is pictured below.
This is my deatached garage. This garage was designed by me and is pictured below. it is 2 stories and has a 2 car garage.
This is the first project we completed in drafting 2. This house is supposed to be a very efficent house for low income families we created elevations, floorplans, and a model in sketchup of it.
In Drafting II we completed a duplex. A duplex is kind of like a split house that can allow 2 people or 2 families to live in the same "house" but in different sections. The duplex we created was a mirror duplex. Included in the links on the right are the Title page, Floorplan, foundation plan, T-wall foundation plan, and wall sections of the duplex.
